The first HR Philippines was conceived in a small training room over at Ricky Gumaru’s office.  It was actually a dream, a wishful thinking.  Something that we would like to pursue but did not know how to begin.  Things were a little blurry, nothing concrete until the day that the team had to say YES WE CAN DO IT.  The first convention was a huge success  mainly because  everyone BELIEVED in it.  Bill Gates would have said it best..”Its not about making money but making a difference”.

The first convention paved the way for a convention in Davao City under the partnership with Productivity Improvement Council of Southern Mindanao.  (PICASOM). Today, proved to be another milestone for us.  We knew in our hearts that we can duplicate what we had before.  We were confident that with ARRIVA as our partner we will be able to provide better convention services to the members.
